Cancellation policy:
We ask for 30% deposit at time of confirmation with this deposit being refundable up to 30 days before arrival and at that point, the full balance becomes payable. Cancellations made from this date will only be considered based on the COVID conditions prevalent at the time. We always suggest that you take full travel insurance for your holiday.
The villa can be rented for:
2 People – 1 bedroom
The 2 other bedrooms can be rented as a holiday-home by the week or one or two bedrooms can be rented on self catering or B&B daily basis
4 People – 2 bedrooms
The 3rd bedroom can be rented to other 2 guests on a weekly self catering or B&B daily basis
6 People – 3 bedrooms
The whole premises, the whole private villa with services
