Tuscan Peaceful Stay
Location is spectacular because of its prominent elevated position in a South facing valley. So you will have long hours of sunshine and a favorable micro climate.
Our lane winds its way from the main road, crossing over a river by an ancient bridge and then winding upwards through olive groves to reach the property. So extensive private wooded grounds around, drop away giving a real sense of privacy and of Tuscan peaceful stay .
Utter tranquillity and peaceful atmosphere .
And because we are far from any major road , the only sounds are the splash of the water as it tumbles from rock to rock. Birds and summer calling of crickets. Far away from any light pollution, guests at night enjoy the brilliance of the stars and the closeness of the moon.
So nothing can spoil the view and to witness a ‘La Massa’ morning. So that feeling is truly magnificent – the light has a wonderful brilliance and luminescent quality which never fails to enthrall.
The Guest’s part of the house, is situated at the top floor and has a private entrance and furnished sun terraces. The Villa has been completely refurbished, decorated and furnished to a high standard.
So here there is a comfortable living area with sofas and individual armchairs, a ceramic-top dining table and chairs and occasional furniture. High standard kitchen area finished by an exclusive Italian designer and manufacturer.
There is a wood-burning stove for the cooler evenings although the whole suite is centrally heated for winter use.
Each bathroom features large high quality shower cubicle with ‘power shower heads’, wash hand basin and WC with bidet shower. Each bedroom have new beds, quality linen and plenty of storage space.
Because of our 12 metre ‘L’ shaped and landscaped solar heated pool, with a good length for lap swimmers , you can swim regularly without feeling trapped . We have an outdoor spa pool for experiencing the pleasure of Mid Season cool evenings. We have a very well equipped gym and sauna (small extra charge for sauna).
