4) “CICCIA CLASS” WITH MARCELLO
Marcello introduces us to the cooking of meat, revealing his many knowledge and showing us how to do it starting from a whole chicken of which nothing will be wasted… then everyone at the table.

5) COOKING CLASS OF THE FACTOR: ALL THE SECRETS OF PASTA
All the secrets of pasta and other preparations with our stone-ground organic spelled flour, with a visit to the mill – from spelled grain to flour and pasta and other products with spelled flour.
All the secrets of good cooking and imaginative seasoning… and off to the table!
